Online Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase from Nana's Farmhouse Online for any reason (Special Orders, Seasonal, Floral & On-Sale & Furniture  are non-refundable.we will gladly refund your purchase if returned within 30 days from the date the package originally shipped from Nana's Farmhouse or the manufacturer. Contact us by phone or email prior to shipping anything to us so that we can be sure you understand our policies regarding your return.  Seasonal/Floral/On-Sale merchandise is non-refundable (both online and in-store).  All return policies are clearly displayed at checkout and on receipts.  Once we issue a return "Return Number" be sure to include a copy of your Customer Invoice and a reason for your return.  Returns will be shipped back at your own cost.  Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please repack your returns carefully—refunds on returns will not be given on items that are damaged due to poor packaging. If you are requesting a refund, credit will be issued to your credit card upon receipt of the safely returned merchandise in it's original packing.  Re-stocking fees up to 25% and shipping charges are non-refundable.  

For all items except quilts (see quilt return info below), carefully repackage the unwanted items back in the box they came in, and ship using the carrier of your choice to:

Special Order and Seasonal Handmade items can take longer than our normal delivery period. This will be communicated at the time of purchase and if the item was purchased thru our website clearly stated in our online description (example:  handmade Christmas item on back order or furniture orders).  No refunds will be made for Special Order and Seasonal Handmade items once the order is confirmed.

Damage in Transit:

Every item is packed as carefully as possible, but occasionally something may arrive damaged. Retain all original packing material and notify us immediately via phone or email. Please open packages immediately and report any damages within 3 business days of receipt.

 

Curtains and/or Bedding Collection Returns:

Call the store for specific return instructions. Please note, a return authorization number must be obtained before returning Curtains & any item from Bedding Collections, as these items will be returned to a different address than the one noted on our website. There is a 20% restocking fee for returned Curtains & Bedding Collections:quilts, bed skirts, or pillows/shams; that were purchased online.  No shipping charges will be refunded.  Online purchases of Curtains & Bedding cannot be returned in-store.

Lighting Returns Online or In-store:

Any light where the wires have been cut or altered in any way is ineligible to be returned, no exceptions.

Rug Returns Purchased Online:

Call the store for specific return instructions. Please note, a return authorization number must be obtained before returning rugs, as these items will be returned to a different address than the one noted on our website. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned rugs that were purchased online.  No shipping charges will be refunded.

 

In-Store Returns:

We will gladly refund your purchase (excluding Special Orders, Seasonal, Floral & On-Sale & Furniture) if returned within 7 days with a receipt.  Lighting purchases and Special order quilts or quilt accessories returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Lighting that has wires cut or altered in any way cannot be returned.

 

All Special Orders, Seasonal, Floral & On-Sale & Furniture  are non-refundable. This is also printed on all store receipts as well as noted with a sign at checkout.

We will never sell, rent, or exchange your personal information that you provide to us to any outside company or organization. We may use your contact information to inform you of changes in our website, sales, special offers, and events.
